We're swapping tradition for adventure. Join us among the red sandstone formations for an intimate ceremony, followed by an evening of food, drinks, and good company at a brewery in the Las Vegas Arts District.
Time: Pickups between 14:30 - 15:00
Round trip: Arranged transport will collect guests from their hotels, take you out to the ceremony, and on to the after party. We'll arrange transport back whenever you want to leave.
On board: Drinks will be provided on the coach, so the celebration starts the moment we leave the hotels.
Time: 16:30 - 18:00
Location: Valley of Fire State Park.
We will have a short ceremony followed by champagne and photography against the stunning red rock backdrop.
Vibe: Desert Casual.
Be comfortable! The desert will be hot, so breathable fabrics and relaxed fits are key.
The Look: Linen shirts, summer dresses, jumpsuits, chinos, etc. Suits & ties aren't necessary.
Footwear: We'll be walking on natural rock. Flats or block heels are best, so leave the stilettos at home.
Venue: Able Baker Brewing, Arts District
Time: 19:30 - 22:30
We've booked tables at this laid-back Arts District brewery for an intimate evening with our nearest and dearest. All food and drinks are on us from 19:30 until 22:30, so come hungry and thirsty.
After 22:30: The night is yours. We'll arrange transport back whenever you want to leave, or you're welcome to carry on exploring the bars around the Las Vegas Arts District.
We are arranging transport from all hotels on the Strip and Downtown. If this is your first time in Vegas, we highly recommend staying on or just off the Strip to get the full experience.

Early October in the desert is warm by day and cooler once the sun goes down. Pack a light layer for the evening.
No need to plan your exit. We'll arrange transport back whenever you want to leave, whether that's early or after one last round.
Champagne is on us at Valley of Fire once the ceremony wraps, so you can toast with us against the red rocks.
